RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As a small business owner I want to offer the BEST customer service while offering the lowest prices possible and we have made the decision that at this time we are not able to accept Returns or exchanges. With that being said, if there is a problem with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will do what I can to help you!

*If a return is warranted the item must be shipped back to Redefine Your plans in original packaging in brand new condition. Shipping the item back to Redefine your plans is the buyers responsibility, refund will then be processed once the item has been received and reviewed by quality control.(refund will be issued only through same method as payment)

*If an exchange is warranted the item must be shipped back to Redefine Your plans in original packaging in brand new condition. Shipping the item back to Redefine your plans is the buyers responsibility, the new item will be shipped to the buyer with shipping cost charged to the buyer.

Digital goods-Digital downloads are not/ never will be eligible for return or exchange

Custom order- is not eligible for return or exchange

SHIPPING/HANDLING

We ship using USPS and once we send your packages off a lot of stuff is out of our control

Items that are marked as Ready to Ship will ship out the very next business day once payment has been processed

We take great care in packaging your order not only so it will arrive in a cute aesthetically pleasing way but also as safe as possible(i.e. glassware is always wrapped using foam or bubble wrap and packaged with bubble wrap or packing peanuts for safe arrival

We take photos of all of our orders as they are being packaged(often this is posted to Instagram or tiktok too) and the photos are stored in case the item arrives damaged. Please see note below

Once we send your package off with the USPS many things are outside of our control, if your package is damaged on arrival, take a photo of the package prior to opening it and send to me, I will have your photo of pre-shipment to compare we can take these photos to USPS and file a complaint(this often does nothing) if your item is safe inside that is GREAT news, if your item is damaged send a photo to me. Depending on the circumstance I may offer to do an exchange or give you store credit to use at your discretion!

If there is a problem with the delivery- i.e. tracking number says delivered but you cannot find it, please look in your mailbox, around the mailbox(even in the ditch, yes packages have been found there), look at your neighbors, at your doors, under things outside. also wait at least 24 hours as sometimes the tracking updates before actual delivery. Contact me and then contact USPS with your tracking number. This will have to be handled through the USPS, there is not much I can do.

Shipping times

Items that are marked as Ready to Ship will ship out the very next business day once payment has been processed

Items that are apparel have a typical wait time of 3 weeks

Notebook planner will ship in 2 weeks

Anything else please check the actual listing for typical ship times

Cancellations

Sometimes a member may need to cancel a transaction. Only a seller can cancel an Etsy order; if you’re a buyer who would like to request a cancellation, please contact the seller directly through Messages.

A seller may cancel a transaction under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer did not pay. (The seller may flag a buyer for a payment not received, chargeback, or canceled payment.)
  • Both the buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction before shipment, and the seller has issued the buyer a full refund.
  • The seller has decided to refuse service to the buyer, and if the buyer has already paid, the seller has issued a full refund, including shipping.
  • The buyer did not receive the item(s) ordered, even though the seller has provided proof of shipping, and the seller has issued a refund for the item. (Refunding shipping is optional, unless the buyer paid with Etsy Payments, in which case you’ll need to refund in full.)
  • The buyer and seller agreed that the buyer could return the item to the seller for a refund. The seller has received the returned item and issued a refund to the buyer for the item. (Refunding shipping is optional, unless the buyer paid with Etsy Payments, in which case you’ll need to refund in full.)

All cancellations must follow these policies:

  • The order meets one of the above criteria.
  • The buyer has not yet received their item. (Received orders don’t qualify for cancellation.)
  • The seller refunds the buyer in full, except as described above.
  • The cancellation meets all of Etsy’s policies, including our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
